[Bement.] Comparette, T. L. A Descriptive Catalogue of Greek Coins Selected from the Cabinet of Clarence S. Bement. New York; American Numismatic Society, 1921. 4to., pp. 107, (3); 25 photographic plates. Bound in later green half morocco and cloth boards, raised bands, the spine lettered and decorated in gilt. An attractive copy of this scarce catalogue. Fine.
Clain-Stefanelli 1922. Daehn 2037, “A catalogue of 370 coins, fully described, and including extensive notes on the coins and their cities. These coins, selected from Bement’s much larger collection, represent pieces that are scarce or rare and therefore not readily found in other published collections (at that time). The coins are uniformly in excellent condition.” Grierson p. 280.
