Fritze, Hans von, & Gaebler, H. [Eds.] Nomisma: Untersuchungen auf dem Gebiete der antiken Münzkunde. Berlin; Mayer & Müller, 1907–1923. Vols. I–XII complete in two volumes. Tall 4to., pp. (4), 28; (2), 41, (1); (2), 30; (2), 42; (2), 42; (2), 33; (2), 38; (2), 65, (1); (2), 56; (2), 32; (2), 39, (1); (4), (2), 46; 48 superb plates. Both volumes bound in contemporary quarter straight-grain morocco and marbled boards with the original wrappers preserved, the spines lettered direct in gilt. A little rubbed at the extremities, the contents lightly browned with some annotatations, mostly to the original wrappers. A small library label on the cover of volume nine, the contents otherwise clean throughout. An attractive and almost fine set of this exceptionally important series of monographs on Greek coins, very seldom offered, especially complete as here. Very rare thus. (2)
