KINGS OF MACEDON. Alexander III ‘the Great’, 336-323 BC. AE (Bronze, 21 mm, 6.09 g, 12 h), uncertain mint in western Asia Minor, circa 323-310. Head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin headdress. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ Bow in bowcase, club and torch. Price 2800. Beautifully patinated. Very light roughness, otherwise, extremely fine.
