CoinsWeekly also in Italian
Numismatics is more than a private passion. It’s a wonderful medium for getting to know and appreciate people. I’ve met and come to appreciate many of my friends through our shared love of numismatics. Among them is Roberto Ganganelli, owner of Cronaca Numismatica, an excellent numismatist, journalist and friend.
When I started looking for a partner for the Italian language area, I didn’t have to think twice. My first choice was Cronaca Numismatica. It was a pleasure how quickly Roberto and I were able to agree on everything.
The new CoinsWeekly and the concept of cooperation
The new CoinsWeekly is based on a new concept. This concept focuses on international cooperation. In times when more and more old borders are being revived, we want to continue operating across borders.
Furthermore, researching a well-researched article is a time-consuming process. In the past, we have therefore repeatedly received requests to translate our articles into other languages and use them for different target groups. The new CoinsWeekly systematizes this multiple use. We are building a network of market leaders from various industries and language regions who regularly and promptly publish our articles on their portals.
Our first partner was Sixbid, where all articles are published in English and French. Now, on December 1, 2025, we have started our collaboration with our next partner, Cronaca Numismatica, which will bring everything that appears at CoinsWeekly to the Italian-speaking world. And I promise you, further collaborations are already well underway.
Why Cronaca Numismatica?
We are very pleased to be working with Cronaca Numismatica in which we have found a partner who follows a very similar philosophy to ours. Cronaca Numismatica also focuses not on sensationalism, but on sound information. Both media outlets feel a sense of responsibility for the entire numismatic world. Roberto Ganganelli and I share a deep love for numismatics, for coins and medals, and for what they have to say. The care which Cronaca Numismatica puts into compiling its information corresponds to the effort we put into our research.
Roberto Ganganelli enjoys the highest esteem among Italian scholars, coin cabinets, numismatic societies, coin clubs and coin dealers. I am honored that he is willing to publish the articles of CoinsWeekly in his Cronaca Numismatica.
Should you be among those readers who prefer to read our articles in their own language, Italian, you will be able to do so in the future on Cronaca Numismatica.
